FICO Business Console
Led the 0→1 design of a scalable enterprise business console prototype developed for presentation at FICO World. The experience was designed to help enterprise organizations identify areas of risk and opportunity through KPI-driven insights, transforming complex business data into actionable decision-making tools.
Owned the end-to-end experience vision, including onboarding, navigation frameworks, interaction patterns, and feature workflows. Crafted multiple user journeys that balanced simplicity and usability with the flexibility required for advanced enterprise use cases, ensuring clarity across complex information systems.
Collaborated closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on product strategy, facilitate decision-making, and evaluate tradeoffs related to architecture, scalability, and user experience. The work helped define foundational experience principles and informed future product direction.
The prototype was successfully delivered for FICO World, where it served as a catalyst for conversations with global enterprise customers and stakeholders, generating valuable feedback that influenced ongoing product thinking and strategic planning.
